We are so thrilled to be offering a variety of training options to dog owners across southern California. In addition to basic obedience, It’s A Dog’s World skilled trainers can help your dogs with intermediate and advanced obedience, off-leash training, behavior modification and service dog training. We’re here for all your training needs!

Board & Train

Board & Train is a great option for busy pet owners and dogs that present specific challenges. Whether you’re looking at a one stop training option or specialized skills, dropping your pet for boarding and training can yield great success. Sessions typically last two to four weeks, and effectively develops your dog’s obedience.

 Private Training

While we love our group training classes, they are among our most popular and fill up very quickly. If you’re looking for one-one training or an alternative to groups, we offer top notch private lessons. A trainer will be assigned to you and your dog, and you’ll have the option to engage in lessons at our facility or your home (within a 25-mile radius of our facility). Our trainers will not only train your pet, they’ll teach you and your dog how to get the most out of your lessons and turn training into habit.

Intermediate and Advanced Training

After your dog has completed basic obedience, we are here to help you take the next step! Intermediate and advanced trainings offer a spectrum of results, ranging from levels of intermediate training that span AKC Canince Good Citizen testing, AKC Community Canine testing and even an ACK Trick training program. This could be a fantastic way to further your dog’s training and develop their skills.

Service Dog Training

We believe that dogs are more than pets, they’re companions. Some dogs are born with an inherent gift to help others above and beyond the call of duty, and if you think your pet might be a service dog or if you’re in need, we’d love to meet for a free consultation. After a temperament and training assessment is passed, we’ll design a customized protocol to help you and your dog achieve your goals. The process may include other trainings as well, hand-picked by our staff. This training is a wonderful tool and involves dedication from both you and your dog.
